The outage at the Orlando Switching Station is slated to run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., disrupting power to neighborhoods including Nobel Street, Industria North, Bunsen Street, Slovo Crosby No. 1 and 2, Industria West, Bosmond Maraisburg, Maraisburg Road, as well as the Vegr Street Feeder Nos. 1, 2, and 3, and Lowenthal.
Meanwhile, the Mayfair Substation will experience a slightly longer outage, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., affecting the surrounding areas of Mayfair, Crown, Amalgam, Amalgam Standby, and Vredepark. Residents in these neighborhoods are advised to prepare for the interruption by arranging alternative plans during the scheduled maintenance period.
